MCA’s Check Company/LLP Name service (MCA Services → FO Services) shows existing companies and LLPs with similar names. It needs no login. It’s only a first check — the Central Registration Centre (CRC) decides availability when you apply.
Also search the IP India trademark register: CRC sends names back if they clash with a registered trademark.
