Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026

In short

  • EazyReach is for business use: finding the work contact details of professionals for sales, partnerships and hiring. Don’t resell the data or use it to spam, harass or track anyone.
  • You are responsible for how you contact people, including India’s telemarketing (DND) rules and anti-spam laws.
  • Credits are spent only when we return a result. Plan credits expire at the end of each month; wallet credits don’t expire. Payments are non-refundable except as our Refund Policy says.
  • Contact data is provided as found, without a guarantee that it is accurate. Report wrong data and we return the credits if we confirm it.
  • Indian law applies, and disputes go to arbitration in Bengaluru.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1.About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Synchrovox AI Private Limited (CIN U63121KA2025PTC197380), registered office No. 39, Third Floor, L21, 8th Main Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India (“EazyReach”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the EazyReach website, web app, Chrome extension, API and MCP server (together, the “Service”).

By clicking Continue on the sign-in screen, or by otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that company.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

2.Who can use EazyReach

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your business, profession or job search, not for personal or household purposes. You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended you, or if the law prevents you from using it.

3.Your account

  • You sign in with your phone number and a one-time passcode, or with a passkey. Keep your phone and devices secure; anything done through your account is your responsibility.
  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Each login is for one person; don’t share it.
  • If you create a team, you are responsible for the members you invite and their use of the Service. Team owners can see members’ usage and view the app as a member.
  • API keys and MCP connections act as you. Keep keys secret, and you are responsible for what any app or AI assistant you connect does with them. You can revoke them at any time in the app.
  • Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

4.Acceptable use

You may use the Service and the contact data it returns (“Results”) only for your internal business-to-business sales, marketing, partnership, research and recruiting activities. You must not:

  • sell, rent, share, publish or otherwise give Results to anyone outside your organisation, or use them to build or improve a contact database or a service that competes with EazyReach;
  • use Results to market to consumers, or for anything other than contacting people in their professional capacity;
  • use the Service or Results to harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate against or track anyone, or to make decisions about a person’s credit, insurance, housing or employment eligibility;
  • use Results to train or fine-tune machine-learning models;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Service, get around rate limits, credit checks or other limits, or access it by automated means other than our API and MCP server;
  • reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the Service, or upload anything harmful;
  • create multiple accounts to claim free trials or credits again;
  • use the Service in breach of any law, or of the terms of any website you use it on (including LinkedIn’s terms for your own LinkedIn account).

5.Contacting people lawfully

You decide whom to contact and how, so you are responsible for doing it lawfully. In particular, you must:

  • in India, follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, including the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry, consent and caller-identification rules for promotional calls and messages, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
  • elsewhere, follow the laws that apply to you and the people you contact, such as anti-spam, telemarketing and data protection laws (for example CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the GDPR and PECR);
  • tell people who you are when you contact them, honour every request to stop, and keep your own suppression list;
  • delete Results when the person asks you to or the law requires it.

6.Credits, plans and payment

  • Credits. Looking up contact details costs credits at the prices shown in the Service. Credits are spent only when we return a result; a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
  • Plans. Plans are paid in advance for one month or twelve months and do not renew automatically. On a monthly plan, the plan’s credits are added when you pay. On an annual plan, they are added each month for twelve months. Plan credits that are unused at the end of each month expire.
  • Wallet. Money you add to your wallet is used for credits and does not expire.
  • Free trial and promotional credits. We may give free credits, for example when you first sign up. They are one per person and company, can be withdrawn if misused, and may expire.
  • Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before you pay. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to payments in Indian rupees. We may change prices, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for; we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe and PhonePe) under their own terms.

7.Refunds and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, which also explains how we return credits for wrong data and what happens when you stop using a plan. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund the law gives you.

8.The data we provide

Results come from our data partners, public records and our own database. Contact details change often, so Results are provided as found, and we do not guarantee that any Result is accurate, complete or current, or that it is lawful for you to use a particular Result for a particular purpose.

If a Result is wrong, report it from your history or the extension. If we confirm the report, we return the credits to your wallet and stop showing that detail.

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Results under these Terms. You may keep using Results you obtained while your account was active after it closes, within these Terms, unless the person concerned asks you to stop or the law requires you to delete them.

9.Your data

You own what you upload or enter into the Service, such as lists, files and notes (“Your Data”). You give us permission to use Your Data to provide and support the Service for you, and you confirm you have the right to give it to us.

When you look up a profile, the contact details we find become part of the EazyReach database. We may keep them and provide them to other customers who look up the same profile, and use them to improve the accuracy of the Service. We do not share your lists, files or which profiles you looked up with other customers.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Chrome extension, API and MCP server

  • The extension works only on the pages and in the ways described in our Privacy Policy, and only when you use it.
  • The API and MCP server are subject to the rate limits and documentation we publish. We may throttle or block traffic that harms the Service.
  • An AI assistant connected through the MCP server acts on your instructions and spends your credits. Review what it does; we are not responsible for its actions.

11.Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings. Unused plan and wallet credits are lost when you delete your account, except as our Refund Policy says.

We may suspend or close your account, with notice where practical, if you break these Terms, don’t pay, put the Service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any plan you paid for.

The sections on the data we provide, your data, our rights in the Service, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes and general terms continue to apply after your account closes.

12.Our rights in the Service

The Service, its software, design and database belong to EazyReach and its licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them other than the licence to use the Service and Results. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

13.Disclaimers

Apart from what these Terms expressly say, the Service and Results are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data;
  • our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to fraud.

15.Indemnity

You will compensate EazyReach for losses, fines and reasonable costs arising from claims by others that result from your use of Results, your outreach to the people concerned, Your Data, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If it is not resolved, it will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement. The seat of arbitration is Bengaluru and the language is English. Subject to this, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, and either party may ask them for urgent interim relief.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect and, where needed, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. Changes never apply to a dispute that arose before they took effect.

18.General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a group company or to a buyer of our business.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

19.Contact and grievances

Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. Complaints: Mritunjoy Das, Grievance Officer, [email protected], No. 39, Third Floor, L21, 8th Main Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
