This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1.Who we are
EazyReach (the website at eazyreach.app, the web app at studio.eazyreach.app, the EazyReach Chrome extension, the EazyReach API and the EazyReach MCP server) is operated by Synchrovox AI Private Limited (CIN U63121KA2025PTC197380), registered office No. 39, Third Floor, L21, 8th Main Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India (“EazyReach”, “we”, “us”), the company behind VocalLabs.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It covers two groups of people: our customers (anyone who signs up for or uses EazyReach), and professionals whose business contact details are in our database.
Your EazyReach sign-in uses an account system we share with other products run by our group. Your phone number, name and email are stored once in that shared account system; your EazyReach details (company, account type, history, credits) are kept separately for EazyReach.
2.What we collect from customers
We collect only what we need to run EazyReach for you:
| Data | What it includes | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Account details | Phone number, full name, email address, company or college name, and whether you signed up as a company, student or individual. | To create and secure your account, sign you in, verify your email and contact you about your account. |
| Sign-in data | One-time passcodes (kept only until used), passkeys you register (a public key and device name), and session tokens (stored hashed). | To sign you in and keep your account secure. |
| What you look up | The LinkedIn profile URLs, company pages, director identification numbers (DIN), phone numbers and searches you submit, and the results we return. | To find the contact details you ask for, show you your history and stop you being charged twice for the same profile. |
| Files and lists | Spreadsheets you upload for bulk enrichment, the enriched files we produce, and the contacts and lists you save. | To run bulk jobs and let you download and manage your results. |
| Credits and payments | Plan, wallet balance, credit usage, orders and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are collected by our payment providers, not by us. | To bill you, add credits and keep accounting records. |
| Team data | If you invite teammates: their phone numbers and roles, and each member’s usage. | To run shared accounts. Account owners can see their members’ usage and view the app as a member. |
| Messages to us | What you send through our contact forms, email, WhatsApp or chat, including your name, email, phone, company and message. | To reply, help you and follow up on your enquiry. |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device details in our server logs, and a privacy-friendly proof-of-work check when you request a passcode. | To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems. |
The Chrome extension collects a small amount of data about the page you are on; see section 6.
3.How we use customer data
- To provide EazyReach: look up contact details, run bulk jobs and searches, keep your history and credits, and support you.
- To keep it secure: verify your phone number and email, detect fraud and abuse (for example, repeated free trials), and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To bill you: process payments, add credits and keep tax and accounting records.
- To talk to you about your account: passcodes by SMS, verification and service emails, and messages or calls about your account or to help you get started. Calls may be made by an AI voice assistant and may be recorded. Tell us at any time if you do not want calls and we will stop.
- To improve EazyReach: understand how features are used and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations: respond to lawful requests and keep records the law requires.
We do not send you marketing email unless you have agreed to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell customer account data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use your data because you gave it to us to use EazyReach, because we need it to perform our contract with you, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it by writing to [email protected]; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and some features may stop working.
4.If your details are in our database
EazyReach helps businesses find the work contact details of professionals they want to reach for sales, partnerships and hiring. If you are such a professional, we may hold the following about you:
- your name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile URL;
- your email addresses and phone numbers;
- if you are a company director, your director identification number (DIN) and directorship details from public company records.
Where this data comes from
From the business data providers listed in section 5, from public registers such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs records, and from the profile links our customers submit when they look you up.
How it is used
We provide your details to our business customers when they look up your profile, and only for business purposes. Our Terms of Service forbid customers from using them for anything else, from reselling them and from contacting you in breach of telemarketing and anti-spam laws. Once we have found details for a profile, we keep them and may provide them to other customers who look up the same profile.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. Write to [email protected] from the email address concerned, or include your LinkedIn profile URL, email address or phone number so we can find you. We will respond within 30 days. When we remove your details we keep a minimal record of them so we do not provide them again.
We cannot recall details a customer obtained before your request. To stop a particular company contacting you, ask them directly.
6.The EazyReach Chrome extension
The extension works on the pages you open and only when you use it:
- On LinkedIn profile and company pages and on Zaubacorp director pages, it reads the page address so it can look up contact details or company information when you ask.
- On LinkedIn search results, it reads the name, job title, photo and profile link of the people you select for bulk enrichment.
- On other websites, while its side panel is open, it sends the site’s domain name (not the page or its content) to show you that company’s details.
It stores your sign-in session, your theme and the position of its launcher on your device. It does not collect your browsing history, does not run on pages it is not built for, and contains no advertising or analytics code.
EazyReach’s use of information received from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8.How long we keep data
- Account details: while your account is open. If you delete your account, see below.
- One-time passcodes: until they are used.
- History, credits and payment records: while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require.
- Uploaded and generated files: kept so you can download them again. Ask us to delete them at any time.
- Server logs: for a limited period, generally no more than a year.
- Messages to us: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
- Data about professionals in our database: while it is useful and accurate, or until the person asks us to remove it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your EazyReach account in Settings. This closes the account and signs you out everywhere. We keep the records of your history, credits and payments, and enough of your account details to meet our legal obligations and to stop free trials being claimed again. Because your sign-in is shared with our group’s other products, deleting your EazyReach account does not delete that sign-in. To have your personal data erased beyond this, write to [email protected].
9.Security
Data moves between you and EazyReach over encrypted connections. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. Sign-in uses one-time passcodes or passkeys, session tokens are stored hashed, and requests are checked and rate-limited to block abuse. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10.Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct or complete it (you can edit your name, email and company in Settings yourself);
- ask us to erase it, subject to the records we must keep (section 8);
- withdraw any consent you gave us;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- complain to our Grievance Officer (section 14).
Write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to object to our processing, to restrict it and to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where we process your data as a professional in our database, we rely on the legitimate interest of businesses in contacting relevant professionals, and you can object at any time.
11.Where your data is processed
We are based in India. Some of our providers, including Stripe, OpenRouter, Langfuse and Cloudflare, process data in other countries, including the United States. When data leaves India we use providers that protect it under their contracts with us, and we follow any restrictions the Indian government places on transfers.
12.Children
EazyReach is a business service for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
13.Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in EazyReach at least 30 days before it takes effect, and where needed ask you to accept the new version. Earlier versions are available on request.
14.Contact and Grievance Officer
For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected]. For product help, write to [email protected].
